2010 Ministry Trip: Camp Ray Bird

The 2010 ministry trip was a week of co counselling at Camp Ray Bird, South Bend, IN from June 28 through July 3. Here are a few photos from the week:

To Whom it may concern:
As a parent and/or guardian, I do herewith authorize my son(s)/daughter(s) to travel to Warren Dunes State Park in Michigan with the CrossEyed Student ministries of Immanuel Baptist Church, Kankakee, IL. I understand that the leaders responsible for the trip are Pastor Philip Gardner and Doug Brave. I also herewith authorize treatment under the direction of any licensed physician of the following minor(s) in the event of a medical emergency which, in the opinion of the attending physician, may endanger his or her life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment, or undue discomfort if delayed. This authority is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me by phone at the number listed below.

The undersigned assumes the responsiblity for any costs connected with such treatment and hereby releases the church where child attends from any liability therefore.

Capture the Flag Night: Wednesday, August 4

Wear dark clothes as we play in the shadows of Governor Small Memorial Park. And don't forget the Peters/Gambrel Rule: "You shall not use any animal, living and/or dead, to guard and/or cover the flag!"
